The Maine Township High School District 207 is providing an opportunity for qualified contractors to bid the construction and renovation work at Maine East, Maine South, and Maine West High Schools. This bid period includes work related to demolition, masonry, steel, carpentry, drywall, roofing, tile, acoustical ceilings, resilient flooring and carpeting, fluid-applied flooring, painting, kitchen equipment, theatre equipment, plumbing, HVAC pre-purchase, HVAC and Electrical. Prime Trade Contractors for the work will be assigned to the Construction Manager, Pepper Construction. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond for 100% of the contract value. Prospective bidders must have previous work experience on projects of similar size and meet the criteria established by Maine Twp. HS District 207. Contractor's Qualifications Statement must be submitted at time of bid or already be on file with Pepper Construction.
