**As of 12/17/2021 Project has no awards yet time frame will be
beginning of 2022.
The project islocated at 110 Essex Street, on the westside of South Essex Street, approximately 280' north of South Euclid Avenue, in Montauk, Town of East Hampton, County of Suffolk, The Town of East Hampton reserves the right to reject and declare invalid any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposals received, all in the best interests of the Town. Each proposal must be submitted on the forms provided in the bid package, in a sealed envelope with the name of the bidder, and the bid name marked clearly on the outside of the envelope. A 10% bid deposit and a Certificate of Non-Collusion must accompany all bid submissions.
The time of completion of the entire contract work shall be (7) seven months. Complete Demolition/Removal of existing skate park appurtenances, tennis court
materials, concrete sidewalks as outlined in the plans;
o Clearing & Grubbing of existing wooded area adjacent to the existing skate park;
o Furnish, Install, Compact, and Grade Fill (Clean and/or Structural) as required to
restore and prepare the site;
o Furnish, Install, and Provide all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals required to construct a complete skate park, including but not limited to: shotcrete/concrete features, reinforcement, rails, site furnishings, etc.
o Furnish and Install new skate park appurtenances, including but not limited to:
shotcrete, concrete, walkways, walls, rails, ramps, landscaping, structures, and associated sub-grade preparation.;
o Furnish and Install new site drainage improvements, including but not limited to: inlets, covers, frames, grates, piping, and structures;
o Furnish and Install concrete sidewalk with associated sub-grade preparation;
o Sub-grade preparation and grading;
o Furnish and Install Pavement Markings;
o Furnish and Install Traffic Signs;
o Furnish and install Hydroseed with associated sub-grade/sub-soil preparation; The time of completion of the entire contract work shall be (7) seven months
