As of August 20, 2024, project was awarded to Culinary Depot with an awarded amount of $39,982.79. The Town of East Hampton reserves the right to reject and declare invalid any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposals received, all in the best interests of the Town. Bid date notes: Each proposal must be submitted on the forms provided in the bid package, in a sealed envelope with the name of the bidder, and the bid name marked clearly on the outside of the envelope. A Certificate of Non-Collusion must accompany all bid submissions. BID SECURITY/BOND - N/A NOTICE OF DELIVERY The Town must be notified at least 10 business days in advance of delivery. The Town reserves the right to deny acceptance of delivery if this notice is not given. This notice is to be given to the ordering department at no charge to the Town.
