The scope of work includes all work necessary to complete the design and construction for the elevation of residential structures. This work includes, but may not be limited to, the completion of the design, meetings with homeowners, application for appropriate permits, disconnect utilities, excavation around building footprint, evenly jack up the structure with appropriate cribbing/supports, install new foundation elements and floor where slab separation was required, lower house and secure to new foundation, and reconnect utilities. PROJECT MAGNITUDE RANGE: BETWEEN $25,000,000.00 AND $100,000,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
