Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Norwalk, Connecticut. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
This work shall consist of the supply and installation of historic street lights, poles, bases, all required brackets, grounding wires and connections, fittings, lighting contactors, photocells, disconnect switches and enclosures, and the wiring and lamping of the street lights. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services and perform all operations required for the complete installation of the electrical work as shown on the Contract Drawings. This Complete Streets project consists of reducing the width of the travel lanes to calm vehicular traffic through this area of East Wall Street and provide a greater level of pedestrian safety and accessibility by providing an additional raised crosswalk and wider sidewalks. The storm drainage infrastructure will also require modification due to the relocation of the granite curb lines. Historic Street lighting, as well as additional street trees and other landscape amenities will be installed within the project limits. Questions Due Date: Jul 27th 2023, 2:00 PM EDT
