The objective of the investigation is to provide information regarding hazardous material and designated substance survey (DSS) at the Raymond A. Barker (RAB) Water Treatment Plant (WTP) site, located at 2 Raglan Street on the southern shoreline of Nottawasaga Bay, in the Town of Collingwood, Ontario. The RAB WTP site presently comprises multiple existing treatment and administrative buildings, buried tankage and chambers that serve to provide treated water to the Town, as well as other local municipalities. The term of the contract is to be for a period of Eighteen (18) months, with an option in favour of the Town to extend the contract on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to Twelve (12) months. TIMELINE: RFP has been awarded to Pinchin Ltd; details are now followed on the master report. Coverage of this report has been discontinued.
