Renovation of a medical facility in Haileybury, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
This Request for Quotation describes the requirements of The Corporation of the City of Temiskaming Shores to receive submissions from qualified proponents for the replacement of the north side exterior stairway at the Haileybury Medical Centre located at 95 Meridian Ave in the former Town of Haileybury. The City of Temiskaming Shores owns the Haileybury Medical Centre building which is leased to the Haileybury Family Health Team and Haileybury Dental for their practices. The building was constructed in the 1970's and has seen numerous repairs and renovations since that time. The City of Temiskaming Shores noted advanced degradation of the north side, exterior stairway during a regular inspection in September 2021. The City retained Shaba Testing Services to inspect the staircase and create a plan for a replacement staircase. Documents can be obtained at: https://www.temiskamingshores.ca
