Major elements of the project include: 1. A Multi-System Capital Renewal project at Tildenville Elementary School located at 1221 Brick Rd., Winter Garden, FL 34787. 2. Campus-wide HVAC, lighting, plumbing, low-voltage and technology system renovations, including but not limited to: refurbishment or replacement of existing air-handling units and the addition of bi-polar ionization; conversion of buildings 300 and 400 to a chilled water system; replacement of remaining building and central energy plant equipment, resized in conjunction with the addition of bi-polar ionization and the building conversions; new building automation system (BAS); replacement of exterior pole and wall mounted fixtures; retrofit or replacement of remaining interior and exterior light fixtures to LED technology; water heater replacements and sanitary lift station repairs; repair and recertification of the existing lightning protection system; replacement of exterior fire alarm devices and recertification of the fire alarm system; intercom, intrusion detection, and security camera system replacements and upgrades; and replacement of the network fiber backbone and cabling for wireless access points. The campus will remain occupied during design and construction.
