NO - 18.186 Lee County Boat Ramp Repair Lee County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) desires to obtain services from a skilled and qualified CONTRACTOR for work to be performed under the Agreement consisting of furnishing all labor, equipment, supplies, materials, transportation, fuel, power and water, providing environmental protection, and performing all operations in connection with the repair of both the Davis & Matlacha boat ramps. A pre-bid conference and site visit has not been scheduled for this solicitation. This shall insure the faithful performance of the obligations imposed by the resulting contract and protect the County from lawsuits for non-payment of debts incurred during the successful bidder/vendor performance under such Contract.
