Providing all materials, equipment, and labor for the renovation of the Forsyth County Sexton Hall 2115 Chloe Road Cumming, GA 30041. o Remove existing cabinets, countertops, sink and refrigerator o Remove VCT and cove base o Install new cabinets, countertops, double sink and refrigerator o Residential refrigerator with top freezer and fridge beneath o Right wall- To receive tabletop countertop with no cabinet underneath o Install new- VCT flooring and 4" cove base o Right wall- Install 2 data drops and 2 receptacles (placement TBD) underneath countertop o Repair drywall where needed o Paint all walls o Contractor to follow Forsyth County Standards on materials and work performed must meet Forsyth County Standards and manufacturers specifications o Contractor to ensure daily debris removal and site cleanliness throughout the day o Contractor to provide a dumpster or haul off materials and or trash . Contractor to provide metal stud framing at new walls (wood framing shall not be permitted for new work). . Contractor to provide Danback flexible wood backing inside metal stud framing for all locations where items will be attached to the finished walls. . When sanding or performing dust generating activity in occupied interior spaces: . Seal off adjacent spaces from infiltration of dust prior to dust generating activity and remove seals upon completion of work. . Cover all air return inlets with temporary construction filters for active HVAC equipment or seal air return inlets for inactive HVAC equipment, prior to conducting dust generating. activities. Remove filters/seals upon completion of dust generating activities. . Sanding or dust generating equipment must be provided with filtered vacuums. . Replace all HVAC temporary construction filters with new upon completion of the work. . Protect all adjacent surfaces and finishes by any and all means necessary. . Contractor to protect all existing floor surfaces in the work area with 6 mill plastic sheeting, taped securely at all edges and seems.
