A brief description of work in the project follows: The building central chiller will be replaced along with chilled water pumps and the chiller's ancillary equipment. Location- 407 East Vandalia Rd. Greensboro, NC 27406, The project consists of demolition and renovation work associated with construction of new heating, ventilating and air conditioning system. Project work will be done in and around occupied spaces. The plumbing, mechanical and electrical contractors shall be licensed in the state of North Carolina. All work under this contract is to be included in a Single Prime contract to the successful bidder.
