*As of November 4, 2022, a design/builder has been awarded. Construction is scheduled to begin in February 2023 and end in June 2024. Construction of a new elementary school campus with an approximately 66,000 SF school building. The new school building will include classrooms, administration offices, a kitchen, a multipurpose room, and a library. The sitework includes, vehicle parking, student and bus drop-offs, play fields, playground area, a running track, and street improvements. The master plan is for the construction of a new TK-8 school campus, totaling approximately 90,000 S.F. at the completion of all phases with the additional classrooms, science room, locker rooms, gymnasium, playfields, and parking. The project will be divided into two (2) phases. The first phase will be construction of the elementary school. A second phase will be the construction of the middle school addition. Portions of phase two may be included as alternates for this project. The Design-Build budget for the elementary school phase, including all fees and allowances is between $46,000,000 and $49,000,000. If included, the middle school portions would be approximately an additional $15,000,000.
