Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

This project includes construction of approximately 6,100 feet of concrete sidewalk from unimproved conditions to 5 sidewalk. The project also includes driveways, approximately 50 linear feet of roadway curb and gutter, approximately 500 linear feet of storm sewer and beaver slides, 30 linear feet of RCP extension with associated end section, 950 linear feet of safety railing, and a pedestrian bridge, with all miscellaneous items required to assemble and install the aforementioned pedestrian bridge; excavation, foundations, and structure. This sidewalk project is located along both the north and south sides of New Orleans Street from Aspen Avenue to Elm Place. Contract time for the project shall be One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days. As a Proposal Guarantee, a certified check, cashier's check, bid bond or irrevocable letter of credit issued by an insured financial institution as required by law must accompany each Proposal for an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total Bid made payable, without reserve, to the City of Broken Arrow. The successful Bidder must, within five (5) days after receiving notice of award, furnish a Performance Bond, Statutory Bond and Maintenance Bond in the forms prescribed by City of Broken Arrow in the amounts equal to the Contract price. The acceptance and award of this Bid will be considered by the Broken Arrow City Council. The City of Broken Arrow reserves the right to reject any or all Bids. Project will be awarded to the responsible Bidder with the lowest base bid or lowest combined base and additive alternate bids, if any, which is most advantageous to the City of Broken Arrow. Applicable additive alternates, if any, will be determined at the City of Broken Arrow's discretion. The lowest responsible Bidder will be notified within ten (10) working days of the Bid opening as to when this Public Construction Contract will be placed on the Broken Arrow City Council Agenda for consideration.
