The Project consists of replacing two deteriorated 6-ft diameter (70-ft long) CMP culverts with a 20-ft span precast concrete box culvert, including 230-ft of roadway reconstruction. The engineer's estimate for the work is between $600,000 and $700,000. The anticipated project schedule is to start construction about June 2022 and complete construction about September 2022, with tree clearing activities between January 2022 and March 2022. The Work will be Substantially Completed on or before August 15, 2022; General Conditions on or before September 1, 2022. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form.
