Second Floor - Wall repairs in former kitchen (large room aon north side) and installation of new drywall in former bathroom (room at top of the stairs). Historical Museum Porches Remove existing enclosed porch structure on the southeast side of Historical Museum and dispose of debris. Remove existing aluminum awning that is on the northeast side of Historical Museum and dispose of debris. Build two (2) porch overhangs to fit existing concrete porches and to match design of original Historical Museum overhang in picture (See Appendix D7 and D8). Paint to match same as existing Historical Museum. Color will be a standard option selected by the project owner. Remove existing steps and landing at southeast corner of Historical Museum. Build new steps and landing at southeast corner of Historical Museum with proper footing. Historical Museum Exterior Doors Remove four (4) and install four (4) exterior doors that are period appropriate for the Historical Museum. Old doors to remain with project owner.
