The project includes the demolition of one burned out and partially collapsed structure. The property has several buildings, but only the building destroyed by fire and mostly collapsed is subject to the demolition order. The building subject to demolition is located on the Southeast area of the property. All debris and trash in that area are to be removed and no other structures are to be disturbed. No quote shall be withdrawn after scheduled closing time for receipt of quotes for at least forty-five (45) days. The County reserves the right to reject any or all quotes, accept all or any part of any quote received, to waive any and all informalities in quoting, and to accept the lowest and/or best All prospective contractors desiring to submit a quote are strongly encouraged to attend.
