Renovation of a municipal facility in Bend, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
All questions and bid walk-through clarifications will be addressed in an Addendum issued on November 08, 2021 Salvage and Recover roof project consisting of removal of existing single-ply membrane system at roof field and parapets; inspection, repair, cleaning of salvaged polyisocyanurate insulation with limited removal and rebuilding with new insulation; mechanically attach 1.5" polyisocyanurate board and 1/2 " HD polyisocyanurate coverboard over cleaned & repaired salvaged insulation (FM-1-90 minimum or the equivalent standard); 1/4 " DensDeck prime installed at all vertical area where membrane will be adhered; mechanically attach via Rhino-Bond system new 80-mil TPO single-ply membrane and flashing system with fully adhered vertical surfaces; perimeter fall protection warning line, new clad metal; perimeter and flashing metal; pre-painted Kynar standing seam coping system; membrane manufacturer's detailing requirements and all incidentals, to complete the specified warrantable system to meet 20-yr NDL requirements Owner may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all bids upon a finding of Owner that it is in the public interest to do so. Since this project is for a public work, it is subject to the state prevailing rates of wage under ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870.
