Renovation of a mixed-use development in Fair Haven, Vermont. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

This project consists of interior renovations to Fair Haven High School & Middle School and shall include creation of new classroom space, a new nurses office, and related mechanical and electrical upgrades. It will also include the replacement of the existing metal roof and limited areas of replacement to exterior wall, eave, and fascia materials. Interior and exterior selective demolition, cutting & patching, CMU and brick repairs, misc. metals, rough carpentry, architectural millwork and countertops, foamed-in-place insulation, insulated metal roof and wall panels, EPDM roofing, sealants and caulking, doors/frames/hardware, aluminum storefront, glazing, LGMF and GWB assemblies, ceramic tiling, acoustical ceilings, carpet and base, paint, specialties, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and communications, and fire protection.
