All questions related to this request for proposal shall be addressed to this individual no later than January 31, 2021. The Town of St. Albans envisions the St. Albans Health Path being a vital addition to our community's recreational infrastructure. We envision the path connecting the Collins Perley Sports Complex to the Missisquoi Valley Rail Trail. Along its path it will connect with the Northwestern Medical Center's campus and the Hard'ack recreational area where the City of St. Albans is constructing a new pool. We envision this path expanding pedestrian and bicycle infrastructure in our southern growth center and catching the eye of everyone who exits off of I-89 on Exit 19. The owner of the project is the Town and the sole authority for the Consultant during the project rests with the Town of St. Albans Selectboard. Project development must follow the VTrans Municipal Assistance Section (MAS) process. The Consultant, prior to being awarded a contract, shall apply for registration with the Vermont Secretary of State's Office to do business in the State of Vermont, if not already so registered. Certificate of insurance coverage shall be documented on forms acceptable to the Town. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
