The Town of St. Albans is requesting proposals for engineering services to design a master plan for the former DPW site and sidewalk connection from the new Town Hall to the Bay Park. The essence of the Planning Study of the Former Public Works Property project is to provide feasibility options for the future public use of the land. The property is located within the Village Designation Center of the Town and has prime waterfront shoreline. Currently, the property has 2 existing structures, a salt-sand shed and a garage used for storage. There are also 2 foundations for buildings previously torn down.
