Installation of right-of-way green stormwater infrastructure (GSI), including a subsurface detention system, sidewalk planter, tree pits, stormwater bumpout, and a green wall; drainage system improvements including replacement and installation of inlets and connected laterals; and installation of Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant curb ramps for pedestrian safety improvements. The work is geographically located at and around the Camp Curtin YMCA property at 2135 N. 6th Street, Harrisburg, PA 17110. The work includes all materials, equipment, labor, necessary apparatuses, and other miscellaneous labor and materials as contemplated by the Contract Documents. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond payable to CAPITAL REGION WATER in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total Bid Price in accordance with the provisions in the Instructions to Bidders. Capital Region Water reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any defects, errors, omissions, irregularities, or informalities in a bid or the bid procedure, and to accept any Bid deemed to be favorable to its interests.
