Renovation of a water / sewer project in Coeburn, Virginia. Design plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
As of November 3. 2023, per owner, a design team has been identified. Contractor bidding will be April/May 2024. Status is under design. Construction scheduled about 90 days after bid advertisement. A/E services for design and construction administration of an upgrade to the Wise Correctional Center's wastewater treatment plant in Wise County, Virginia and the Appalachian Men's Community Corrections Alternative Program's wastewater treatment plant in Russell County, Virginia. It is understood that this proposal and the scope of services may be modified, by mutual agreement in subsequent negotiations.
