The Project consists of providing and installing new heat pumps, ductwork, and appurtenances to provide air conditioning to the main building. Sealed bids are invited for the construction of PC: 799-18667-005 at Coeburn, Virginia. The project is generally described as provide and install new heat pumps, ductwork, and appurtenances to provide air conditioning to the main building at Wise Correctional Center. A Bid Bond is required. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Site admittance will require that each participant have a valid ID and security clearance approval. Security Clearance Instructions and Forms can be obtained by contacting Chris Hash at Christopher.Hash@vadoc.virginia.gov. Attendees should not wear jeans, orange-colored clothing or camouflage patterns of any kind. Copies of the Invitation for Bids documents, including the plans and the specifications, will also be available forinspection at the following locations: Thompson & Litton, Inc. Bristol, Tennessee
