The scope of work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary for the maintenance of certain designated landscaped areas, including applicable planter boxes within the highway right-of-way and maintenance, repair, and inspection of irrigation system Twelve (12) months from date indicated in the Notice to Proceed from the Department. The contract maybe extended as provided for in Section 10.8 of the Specifications. Bidders shall upload Proposal along with any required documents referenced in specifications. See Proposal Schedule in specifications. Proposal file shall be uploaded separately from other proprietary, confidential required documents. Failure to upload the proposal file(s) shall result in a rejection of bid. Direct all questions regarding this Solicitation, and any questions or Issues relating to the accessibility of this Solicitation (Including the appendices and exhibits to this Document, and any other document related to this Solicitation), to: Emoto, Dawna. Refer to Section 8.6 Liquidated Damages, of the Special Provisions The Contractor will be assessed for each and every calendar day of non-performance at the rate of five percent 5%) of the monthly billing. The Contractor is responsible for replacement or repair of any damage to State-owned property, including plants and irrigation equipment. Performance Bond Is Required for the First Year of This Project. Bid and Payment Bonds Are Notrequired for This Project.
