The Contract involves furnishing all labor and materials required to install approximately 275 feet of 18", 15" and 12" PVC sanitary sewer and appurtenances Engineers estimate for the base bid is $307,000.00. Each bid must contain the full name and street address of the bidder, a signed Non-Collusion Affidavit, a signed Personal Property Tax Affidavit, and a Bid Guaranty in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. The right is reserved by the County to reject any or all Bids, to waive formalities, to accept the lowest and best Bid, and to hold Bids for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening for evaluating both the Bids and Bidders.
