ADOC( Arkansas Department of Corrections) Replace Chiller Units 4 and 5 Ouachita River Unit. A. The work under this contract will be awarded under a stipulated sum contract to the lowest responsive and responsible base bid amount. No segregated bids, alternative bids, or assignments will be considered. B. Perform Work of the Contract under a stipulated sum contract with the Owner in accordance with the Conditions of Contract. C. Conditions of the contract shall be in accordance with the requirements specified on the construction documents and in the project manual. D. Standards and criteria under this contract shall be in accordance with the Arkansas Department of Transformation and Shared Services, Division of Building Authority (formerly known as Arkansas Building Authority) Minimum Standards & Criteria.
