Renovation of an educational facility in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Santa Fe Community College is requesting bids from qualified Bidder's for replacement of a Campus Emergency Generator, which is an essential component of SFCC's Emergency Management System, keeping critical loads functioning during a power outage. Specifications herein are for a 150 kW Caterpillar brand generator that shall be the basis for required equipment replacement. SFCC will allow contractors to bid comparable generator equipment. Bid shall include manufacturer's warranty, labor and materials warranties,options for extended warranties, freight, proposed schedule for installation for a complete and finished project. SFCC is not responsible for any errors or omissions. Contractor must comply with all code requirements and is responsible any required permits.
