Elam Center Mall Glass Replacement SBC Number 540/011-03-2021 University of Tennessee Martin Martin/Weakley. Entities obtaining Bidding Documents become Bidders of Record for notifications. Bidders of Record may purchase hard copies of Bidding Documents from the same source (nonrefundable). Bidders shall be licensed and qualified per state law. Five percent (5%) Bid Security is required in the form of a Bid Bond or check (certified or cashier's) made payable to State of Tennessee. Non-discrimination policy applies. The project will provide for the replacement of the mall glass roof that covers the east side of the building. The existing glass roof panels are to be removed, as part of the project. The project is to include new structural steel framing, atop the existing roof beams, and a standing seam metal roof assembly. Project is also to include aluminum storefront window systems, misc. mechanical work, metal louvers, and new LED lighting, among other related work. Also included will be replacement of exterior storefront doors & hardware.
