Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Hastings, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Dakota County is seeking quotes from qualified contractors to replace the picnic shelters roofs at the Spring Lake Park Reserve. Project Start Date: November 22nd 2021. Project End Date December 24th 2021. Remove and dispose of existing shingles, all roofing fasteners, underlayment, and any roof related metal or flashing. Contractor will supply dumpster and dispose of all old material. Contractor will use Winter Guard or similar product in all valleys as well as 4' up from the roof edge and tar paper or equivalent on the rest. Contractor will install 25 year rated minimum or higher architectural shingles. Contractor will install new drip edge and metal flashing. (color will be dark brown or to match existing color on the picnic bathroom roof) Contractor will replace 4 skylights on the West shelter and install 2 skylights on the East shelter. Skylights will match the existing ones located on the picnic bathroom roof. Contractor will match existing color of shingles on the picnic bathroom roof
