Renovation of a detention facility in Hastings, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
Dakota County is seeking quotes from qualified contractors to complete a flooring project at the Law Enforcement Center in Hastings. This work consists of the installation of new Decorative Stone Slurry System flooring in the Dakota County Law Enforcement Center 6100 Housing Unit. Project Start Date: November 29th 2001. Project End Date December 17th 2021. Prepare existing flooring and install a Decorative Stone Slurry Flooring System per manufacturers specifications. Prepare existing cove base and install a matching cove base system per manufacturers specifications, at a height of 4 inches. Remove the combination sink/toilet units from all cells, and the desk stools prior to flooring work, then reinstall them after the flooring is completed. Install security caulking around the legs of the bunks and desks. Specs: Pecora Dynaflex SC Security Sealant; Or similar product. Provide color samples to owner for approval.
