**As of February 23, 2022,The owner has chosen not award yet this time.** The project consists of the renovation of the Community Center/Office Building and the renovation of a housing unit to reconfigure an existing 4 bedroom / 2 bath unit into a 2 bedroom / 2 bath ADA Living Unit. The community center / office renovation scope includes demolition of interior walls, rework plumbing to provide two unisex ADA compliant restrooms, and new walls to maximize the use of available space. Licensing required by local municipalities shall be obtained prior to the execution of the construction contract. The contract shall be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder in accordance with the rules, regulations, and policies of the Berry Housing Authority and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technical errors if, in the Owner's judgment, the best interests of the Owner will thereby be promoted. Contractors are required to comply with the requirements of Section 3 for new employment, training, and contracting opportunities found in Title 24, CRF 135. The undersigned Bidder proposes and agrees hereby to commence the Work of the Contract Documents on a date specified in a written Notice to Proceed to be issued by Owner and shall fully complete the Work within 240 calendar days.
