Renovation of a residential development in Webster, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. A. The Work of the Contract consists of: 1. In selected areas, remove and dispose of existing finish flooring and base trim. Provide and install new fully adhered LVT flooring and 4" coved vinyl base. 2. Work either shown on the Drawings or included in the specifications unless specifically indicated not to be done. 3. Work outside the Project Site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 4. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities. B. Execution of Work: Work to be performed in timely and workmanlike fashion. Site must be cleaned up daily with access needed for overnight. C. Warranties/Guaranties: One Year The Work shall be commenced at the time stated in the Owner's Notice to Proceed and shall be completed within 60 consecutive calendar days thereafter. The participation goals for this project shall be 15.3% for minorities and 6.9% for women.
