Qualified Contractors for the Mendota Trail Gorge Trestles Project. The scope of work for this project will include the infrastructure restoration of up to five railroad trestles. Upon completion of infrastructure; decking, posts, railing, and approaches will be added to allow the trestle to be used for hiking and biking. The location of this work will be in a remote area of the Mendota Trail called the gorge near the community of Phillips in Washington County, Virginia. Access to the trestles is via the linear trail.
