Renovation of a multi-residential development in West Fargo, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Project entails the re-roofing of the West Fargo Highrise and new lighting package for the entire building. Each project will be bid separately and the HACC will enter into separate contracts for each project. BID SECURITY. Bid Security in the amount of five (5%) percent of the Bid including all add alternates, must accompany each Bid in accord with 00 1000 - Instructions to Bidders. Bidders Bond, cashier's checks or certified checks will be accepted.
