LVH VDOE #053-68-00-102 Sealed bids for the construction of Broad Run High School Entrance Modifications and Loudoun Valley High School Entrance Modifications in Loudoun County, Virginia. The Work consists of the construction of an approximately 3,800 sf of renovation at each school during the summer of 2022. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in the bidding. The Bidder will be required to comply with non-discrimination regulations and to require suppliers and subcontractors to comply with such regulations also. Pursuant to 2.2-4311.1 of the Code of Virginia, the contractor does not and shall not during the performance of the contract knowingly employ an unauthorized alien as defined in the Federal Immigration and Control Act of 1986. If, due to a disability you need assistance to enable you to participate meaningfully in the Site Visit and/or Bid Opening, please contact Loudoun County Public Schools Construction Division, at (571) 252-1161 at least five (5) working days prior to the Site Visit and/or bid opening. Only those General Contractors who were Prequalified to Bid will be eligible to submit a construction bid for this
