The City of West Palm Beach as agent for the East Central Regional Wastewater Treatment Facilities (ECR) is accepting bids from qualified and responsible Contractors to furnish and assume full responsibility for all labor, material, construction equipment and machinery, transportation, tools, appliances, fuel, power, light, telephone, water, sanitary facilities, temporary facilities and all other facilities and incidentals necessary, including supervision, servicing, taxes, bonds and insurance, permitting fees, traffic control, security, miscellaneous costs, warranties, general conditions, overhead and profit to perform various tasks associated with the Construction Phase of the Mixed Liquor Transfer Channel Screens at the ECR.
