Robling Architecture Construction, Inc. (Construction Manager) for Palm Beach County, Florida (Capital Improvements Division Owner) will receive proposals for the following project: #2021-013413 Herman Brice Complex, Power & HVAC Replacement 405 Pike Road West Palm Beach, FL This is a Construction Management at Risk project with a Guaranteed Maximum Price. Scope of work includes: HVAC, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, minor drywall, insulation, masonry, stucco and painting work. HVAC improvements include new AHU unit, condensing unit, ductwork, exhaust fans, motorized dampers. Robling Architecture Construction is an Equal Opportunity Employer and participation by S/M/WBE firms is highly encouraged. In accordance with Palm Beach County Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Policy, a minimum goal of 20% SBE subcontractor participation has been established for this project. Only SBE firms certified with Palm Beach County Office of Equal Business Opportunity will count toward the established goal. Owner and / or Construction Manager reserve the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any bids which is in its best interest. Owner and / or Construction Manager also reserve the right to waive any informalities and technicalities in procedure. All costs incurred by Proposer in preparing a Proposal shall be the sole responsibility of the Proposer.
