Renovation of a water / sewer project in Renton, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Project no- 1123626 The Work of this Contract includes upgrades to the existing plant hot water system at the South Treatment Plant. The new system will consist of condensing boilers in the Cogen Building and electric heat pumps in the Digester Equipment Building and associated demolition, structural, electrical, and instrumentation and controls. Engineers Estimate: $6,262,000.00 Work site: South Treatment Plant, 1200 Monster Road Southwest, Renton, WA 98057. Site Tour: A site tour will be conducted immediately following the conference. The site tour will last approximately 30 minutes with a maximum of ten (10) individuals (not counting King County staff) per tour. Hardhats, safety glasses, safety vests, and safety boots are required for the site tour. King County will not loan out PPE Voluntary Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) Goal: 10% of the Contract Price Voluntary Women Business Enterprise (WBE) Goal: 6% of the Contract Price.
