Renovation of a municipal facility in Burnaby, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Contractor is required to provide all necessary materials, supervision, labour, plant, tools, equipment, permits, insurance, overhead, transportation and all necessary incidentals to remove and replace the specified heat pump HP-OB-01 at Still Creek Works Yard Operations Building including but not limited to works related to mechanical, electrical, structural modifications, plumbing, roofing and flashing, water balancing, and commissioning. Documents can be obtained from www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
