Renovation of a service station / car wash facility in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a service station / car wash facility.
The Work of this Contract, designated WT1-38 - Lakeshore Garage - Fueling System Replacement, consists of, but is not limited to: The supply of labour, equipment, and materials to: - Decommission and remove one (1) existing 45,000 L volume diesel fuel tank. Modify existing service piping. - Provide one (1) new 45,000 L volume gasoline fuel tank. Provide service piping and equipment. - Provide an outdoor fueling station with two (2) fueling lanes with adequate means of fueling Wheel-Trans vehicles as well as other gasoline-fueled non-revenue vehicles. - Decommission and remove existing 15,000 L volume gasoline tank, dispenser, and concrete pad. - Reroute 150 mm storm sewer. - Provide spill containment for new gasoline fueling area.
