The objective of this Request to be Prequalified (Step 1 Process) is to develop a Prequalified List of Contractors, with the necessary experience, qualifications and resource availability to deliver the "Project" to be issued via the Step 2 Process. Please be advised that, as per the October 1, 2019 changes to the Construction Act, RSO 1990, c C30, the Terms and Conditions in the Form of Tender for this solicitation contain new requirements. Only Proponents who possess the following qualifications will be considered: achieved at least 1 of the following safety requirements: COR(TM) Certified status with the Infrastructure Health and Safety Association (IHSA); or ISO 45001 certification; or Out-of-Province COR Reciprocity (for bidding purposes only) through IHSA.
