The funding source for this project is Sewer Revenue. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials and power for the complete performance of the following project, 2021 Sewer Open Cut 1 as follows: The open cut excavation to repair 9 areas of partially collapsed sewers located throughout the City. No Bid will be accepted from, or contract awarded to any person, firm, or corporation that is in arrears to the City of Fort Wayne, Indiana, upon any debt or contract, or, who has failed to execute, in whole or in part in a satisfactory manner, any contract with the City; or, who is a defaulter as to surety or otherwise, upon any obligation to the City, or is engaged in litigation with the City. The QuestCDN eBidDoc Number for this project is: 8050854 No Bid may be withdrawn for at least 60 days after the scheduled time for receipt of Bids so as to allow review of Bids before announcing award of Contract. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids for failure to comply with applicable laws and/or with the Instructions to Bidders. The Board also reserves the right to waive any defect in any bid. The City of Fort Waynes goal for utilization of qualified Emerging Business Enterprises (EBE) as subcontractors on City projects is 10% of the Contract Price. It has been determined that the EBE goal for THIS PROJECT is 10% of the Contract Price The engineer's estimate is $639,000.00
