Site work for a water / sewer project in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials and power for the complete performance of the following project, Tamarack and Blum Water Main Replacement as follows: Installation of approximately 14.300 LF of 6-inch HOPE and 620 LF of inch HOPE Pipe by Horizontal Directional Drilling, along with associated hydrants, valves, and other appurtenances all in accordance with the Bidding Documents as prepared by City Utilities, Fort Wayne Indiana. No Bid may be withdrawn for at least 60 days after the scheduled time for receipt of Bids so as to allow review of Bids before announcing award of Contract. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond and Performance Bond each in the amount no less than one hundred (100%) percent of the contract price. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids for failure to comply with applicable laws and/or with the Instructions to Bidders. The Board also reserves the right to waive any defect in any bid. QA Deadline :4:00 p.m. EST Thursday November 11th ,2021 The engineer's estimate for this project is $1,791,250.00
