Staff will begin negotiations with the number one ranked Consultant derived from the Clay County Board of County Commissioners short listing. If the negotiation with the Consultant is successful, contract procedures will be initiated. If a successful negotiation cannot be reached, the County may seek a proposal from the number two, then number three ranked Consultant if deemed necessary by the County.
