Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Chenango, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
Sealed Bids are requested by the Town of Chenango for the construction of the KELLY ROAD CULVERT REPLACEMENT project. The Project consists of constructing approximately 60 lineal feet of 18 foot wide x 9 foot tall open bottom metal pipe arch system to replace the failing 5 foot and 7 foot diameter culverts under Kelly Road along Glen Castle Creek. The culvert shall be provided by the Town of Chenango. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid. The work on this project is to be substantially completed within thirty (30) calendar days following Contract Award. The Town of Chenango reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all Bids. The Contractor Shall include with his Bid, a signed "Statement of Non-Collusion" in the format contained in the bid documents.
