For furnishing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools, and guarantees thereof to construct the SW Mosman Avenue Phase 2. This contract reconstructs portions of SW Mosman Avenue (Railroad Street to Solberg Street) and constructs a new road connection to Longmire Street. Improvements include, but are not limited to, excavation, grading, cement concrete curb and gutter, cement concrete sidewalk, storm drainage improvements, asphalt paving, channelization, traffic control and other related work items. The Work shall be physically complete within 110 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. All bidding and construction is to be performed in compliance with the Contract Provisions and Contract Plans for this project and any addenda issued thereto that are on file at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, Yelm, Washington.
