Renovation of a municipal facility in Houston, Texas. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The goal of the project is to rehabilitate the roofs at both buildings utilizing an overlay system. Prior to the utilization of the overlay system the licensed firm must complete a structural assessment of both transit sheds to determine if the transit sheds can structurally support the desired overlay solution. Upon completion of the structural analysis the licensed firm will design the installation of the overlay system. Questions regarding the submittal procedures should be directed to Ms. Yvette Camel-Smith in the Procurement Services Department at (713) 670-2460. The Port Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. In case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in any proposal, the Port Authority reserves the right to consider the most advantageous construction of, or to reject, the proposal. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
