Saving Project...

Renovation of a parking garage in State College, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.

This project consists of sealant and waterproof coating repairs, traffic topping recoat, striping and concrete repairs at Fraser Garage, Beaver Garage, Pugh Street Garage and McAllister Parking Deck. Bidders who received plans and specifications from any place other than State College Borough must call the Borough 814- 234-7100 to register as plan holders. Each bid is to be accompanied by a non-collusion affidavit and a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the amount bid and made payable to the State College Borough. All bids on Project 08-2022 will be presented to Borough Council at a public meeting. Borough Council may accept or reject any or all bids or hold all bids for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of bid opening before making a decision.
