The Planning and Community Development Manager of the City of Joplin, Missouri, will receive separate, sealed bids for making the following improvements in the City of Joplin, Missouri. For the demolition of structure(s), and clean up of area at the following location(s): 814 W 9th St., 622 S. Porter Ave., 120 N. Shifferdecker Ave., 806 S. Connor Ave., 2023 S. Bird Ave., 2203 E. 20th ST., 2009 E 4th St. A Bid Bond from an approved institution, or a certified check for $200.00, must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond in the amount of his bid and shall before entering on the work of said contract, be licensed as a contractor of the City of Joplin, Missouri. The Planning and Community Development Manager reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the lowest or best bid.
