Lehman Township (Luzerne County) will receive bids for the Back Mountain Regional Fire and EMS Phase 2 Garage Addition (pole barn) to their existing structure The project consists of a pole barn garage addition to the existing building. Contract No. 1 - General Construction All Bidders must be registered on the Hemmler + Camayd Architects Bidder's List. Bidder's attention is called to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Wage Act 442. Prevailing Wage Rates are included in the Non-Technical Specifications. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty days subsequent to the opening of the bids, without consent of the Lehman Township. Rights are reserved to waive any informalities, defects, errors, or omissions in, or to reject any or all bids, proposals, or parts thereof.
